Home tech evaluation and report

We will do a full evaluation of your home technology and provide you the best options and potential for use in your home. For monthly members, we will send you follow up reports detailing how to best optimize your current setup, and any potential upgrades and improvements.

Personal AI Agent Setup

We create and maintain a private AI knowledge base that remembers the client’s exact devices, preferences, past issues, and setup. This makes future help faster and more personal. Clients can also access their agent for simple questions.

New Device Setup & Configuration

Fixing dead zones, improving reliability, setting up mesh systems, or simplifying the network so it’s easier to live with.

Wi-Fi & Network Improvements

We will do a full initial evaluation of your home technology, and will maintain this inventory to help us provide you the best options and potential for use in your home. For monthly members, we will send you follow up reports detailing how to best optimize your current setup, and any potential upgrades and improvements.

Patient Tech Coaching

One-on-one, step-by-step guidance so you feel more confident using their devices day-to-day. Printed guides and reports are provided

Steady Support

$79/month. Up to 2 hours call-in.

 

Home Tech Partner

$139/month. Up to 4 hours. 1 visit per quarter

 

Priority Concierge

$219/month. Up to 7 hours. Priority scheduling + up to 2 visits per quarter

All packages include full access to your personal AI agent.

Additional Hours (Members)

  • Extra remote support: $65/hour

  • Extra in-person support: $95/hour

On-Call / Non-Members

  • Remote support: $95/hour (1-hour minimum)

  • In-person support: $125/hour (1-hour minimum)

  • One-time Home Tech Evaluation & AI Agent setup: $149
